Return Instructions

1. The returned parcel must be sent to our Sivakasi address at your own cost to process the refund.

2. Refunds for approved cancellations will be credited to your account within 48 hours of confirmation.

Important Guidelines

Do not accept any parcel if it appears damaged. We ensure all packages are securely waterproof, scratch-resistant, and sanitized before dispatch.

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or if the recipient is unreachable during two delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and no refund will be issued.
